Blue Dream offers 15% to 18% THC along with a sublime taste of blueberries and Haze. It's compact enough to grow indoors, quick enough to grow outdoors even where summers are shorter and robust enough for beginners to cope with it. Yields are very decent and the bud smells wonderful.

With 15% to 18% THC, Blue Dream hits the sweet spot of having enough power to deliver meaningful pain relief and blow away the mental blues, but still being gentle enough to make you feel like there's a fresh summer breeze blowing away all the litter in your mind, rather than that you're being dragged off your feet in a gale of THC. As you would probably expect from the name, it's a Sativa dominant so the overall effect is upbeat and energizing, leaving you ready to get on with your day without any feelings of sleepiness.

The taste combines the sweetness of Blueberry with the muskiness of Haze, which emerges in notes of spice, particularly vanilla and a robust, earthy body. Similarly, while the aroma is also packed full of blueberry fruitiness, there's still an element of herbs and spices, although much less earthiness.

Blue Dream will typically grow to a height of 1M (indoor minimum) to 2M (outdoor maximum). You have the choice between using plant training to ensure a compact grow or letting your plants stretch as much as they want for maximum yield. Indoors you can harvest as much as 450g/m2 after 10 to 12 weeks of flowering and outdoors you could be looking at 500g per plant in early October.

Genetically, Blue Dream is a cross between Blueberry and Haze, but don't run away at the mention of Haze, the Blueberry partner is a calming influence and makes for a perfectly straightforward grow.
