Shipping and Returns
We take pride in the care we give to every single package we ship, after all if you buy from us the most important thing is that it arrives with you safe, sound and without any hassle.


All orders are shipped inside their original breeder packs and then inside a padded envelope for extra protection. If, however, your seeds do not arrive in perfect condition, or the package arrives opened you must contact us within 7 days to let us know. We will need to see a clear photo of the damaged goods, in their original packaging with any additional notices or stickers that came with them. Once we have received this information and we agree it was damaged on route we will dispatch you a replacement order the same day, completely free of charge.
Please note that our seeds are fresh, hand selected, premium products, but they are still a 100% natural product and as such, if you are fortunate enough to live in an area where it is 100% legal to germinate these we cannot guarantee all items will do so.

If you are in the UK orders are sent tracked or Special Delivery for larger orders. Items should be delivered within 2-5 working days of the postage date
