We are currently able to process orders, however due to high order volumes and social distancing measures that we have put in place to protect our staff, dispatching orders is currently delayed by around 3-4 days so please don't worry if you don't get your shipping confirmation email immediately, you will get this once your order has been shipped within a few days after placing it. Also as different postal services around the world adopt different restrictions we are experiencing some delays in items arriving outside of the EU. Please be patient with us during this difficult time, we are taking every possible measure to ship your order and to keep our staff safe, your order will still get to you, overall we are expecting that it will take an additional week (20-25 days in total) so please allow for this delay before contacting us regarding your order.

There are certain questions we are prohibited from answering by law, if you ask for information on anything we think will be used to support an illegal activity we WILL NOT answer. This includes any aspects of growing or germination of seeds.
