- CHRISTMAS OPENING TIMES - We are going to be out of the office for the Christmas break 24th December - 30th December, any emails sent during this time will be answered when the office reopens on the 30th of December. Any orders placed between the 23rd of December - 29th December will be dispatched on the 30th of December when normal postal service resumes. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

There are certain questions we are prohibited from answering by law, if you ask for information on anything we think will be used to support an illegal activity we WILL NOT answer. This includes any aspects of growing or germination of seeds. 

Please note that our customer service team are available 9am - 5pm GMT, Monday to Friday. We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours, however, please allow a maximum of 72 hours to receive a response if contacting outside of our office hours.
